Seriously, the Comfort Hotel/Choice Group CEO should visit this facility to see how they perform excellently. Not only they keep the hotel spotless, the quality and variety of "free" breakfast is one of the best I found so far. It was simply AMAZING! Not only that, the location was next to the central station, the size of the room was decent ("large" in Japanese standard), small refrigerator in the room and Washlet toilet were very good. We also took advantage of (coin) laundry during our stay. On top of that, quiet room and firm bed gave us a very nice sleep. Overall, again, it was nothing short of an amazing stay. Thank you very much for all staffs to make this happened.

Staff were very lovely and obliging. It was cold outside and snowing. They had central heating in all rooms. I requested for an electric fan and they placed them in our rooms to ensure our stay was comfortable. I had a room to myself and they placed 2 pillows there to ensure that I enjoyed my sleep. The view from my room to the other side of the city was awesome. They let me have a high floor as I have requested. The breakfast was fantastic. My fave, fresh Apple Cinnamon juice. They offer guests unlimited free coffee/tea and refreshing lemon-infused water. What's coolest is that the breakfast dining area is cleaned spotless for guests to use it as a Library Cafe from 10am onwards. The view overlooks the street below. Look out for their breakfast dessert of Apples. They are sweet and awesome.

friendly staff, really close to the train station, reception is at the second floor so is the library cafe. it seems to be a comfort hotel feature that during daytime free drinks are available in the library cafe, for you to rest, drink and read. during morning time, it is the breakfast restaurant.

The hotel was walking distance to the main train station. It was a clean and comfortable stay with friendly and helpful stuff. Would recommend it to anyone who is looking for good value for their money!

Breakfast is superb. They served local Akita dishes such as kiritanpo, and everything is delicious. Location is close to the Akita Station, with a few mall connected to the station & convenience store around.

Very clean bed, bath room and bed are comfortable for sleep. Staff very friendly. Bfast is prety yummy, however it was not being refill, so if you are not coming early for bfast, you get leftover or nothing
